We build an automated and non-automated production lines, assembling, inspecting, sorting machines, etc., and we support our clients at various stages of their own projects by offering outsourcing tailored to their needs. We have extensive experience with small products that require the highest precision.

Control system design

We design a complete control systems, including the selection of elements and the creation of complete technical documentation for both electrical and pneumatic circuits. We use components of well-known manufacturers such as Beckhoff, Phoenix contact, EATON, Omron, Keyence, Rittal, SMC, Festo.
In addition to standard control system elements, we also select and implement vision systems from manufacturers such as Cognex, Keyence.

Mechanical design (CAD)

By discovering the needs of our clients, we provide an individual approach, conceptual work, as well as a precise desing of every detail of the technological line. Our designers design machines with an emphasis on the usage of standard elements, as well as high level of maintainability. For each machine, both 3D documentation and 2D drawings are prepared.

Assembly

We offer both, mechanical and electrical assembly of machines and control cabinets. Mechanical parts and welded constructions are prepared by our subcontractors.

Programming

Almost every machine requires a sophisticated software solution to realize the process and easy usage for the factory workers. We're programming PLCs, vision systems and PC software to meet the requirements of our clients. Our programs allows to define and change process parameters easily and autodiagnose problems using user-friendly interface.
